Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from our company. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any booking.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus administration fees.
• Cancellation 14–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before departure: No refund.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for verifying that their travel documents (passport, visa) are valid and that required vaccinations are up to date before the travel date.
